The same company, on a new chapter
Intwin did not appear this year. What changed is which side of the problem we work on — and the problem has been the same one since the beginning.
A no-code communication platform
One place for a company to handle customer conversations across every channel they arrive on, without hiring an engineer to wire the pieces together.
Underneath it sat the administrative load buried in daily operations: the chasing, the copying between systems, the hours a firm spends running itself instead of doing the work its clients pay for. We attacked that from the outside, as the vendor.
Managed IT, security, and an AI layer
We spent three years building software so a company would not need an engineer to connect its tools. Now we are the engineers.
Managed IT carries an unusual amount of that same administrative load, and it is still carried almost entirely by hand. So we run it ourselves, automate the repetitive half, and pass the difference on as faster answers and a flatter bill.
