Who we are

A small senior team, deliberately

Intwin Tech provides managed IT, security and cloud services to growing companies across the United States. We are engineers who got tired of watching good businesses get poor IT support, and priced ourselves so that keeping your systems up is the thing that pays us.

How we are set up

We work remotely and support teams wherever they sit in the United States. That is a deliberate design choice, not a limitation we are papering over: it means we hire the engineer who is right rather than the one who lives within driving distance, and it means our costs go into people and tooling instead of into offices you would never visit.

Where a job genuinely needs hands on hardware, we arrange it locally and manage it, and we will tell you up front if that is going to be a regular need for you rather than an occasional one.

Intwin Tech is a Delaware C Corporation, incorporated in March 2023. Our registered office is in Wilmington, Delaware; it is a corporate registration, not an operations centre, and we would rather say so than let you find out.

Our story

The same company, on a new chapter

Intwin did not appear this year. What changed is which side of the problem we work on — and the problem has been the same one since the beginning.

2023 – 2026
Intwin

A no-code communication platform

One place for a company to handle customer conversations across every channel they arrive on, without hiring an engineer to wire the pieces together.

Underneath it sat the administrative load buried in daily operations: the chasing, the copying between systems, the hours a firm spends running itself instead of doing the work its clients pay for. We attacked that from the outside, as the vendor.

Managed IT, security, and an AI layer

We spent three years building software so a company would not need an engineer to connect its tools. Now we are the engineers.

Managed IT carries an unusual amount of that same administrative load, and it is still carried almost entirely by hand. So we run it ourselves, automate the repetitive half, and pass the difference on as faster answers and a flatter bill.

Same Delaware entity, incorporated March 2023. Same people, each of our engineers carrying ten years or more in managed services before they got here. The name moved because the offer did — not the other way round.
The team

Six people, and you will know which one is yours

Small and senior on purpose. Nobody here is a queue position, and that goes both ways.

Our stack

Tools you can check

Nothing here is proprietary or invented. These are what small and mid-sized US providers actually run, and you can look up every one of them.

On top of it sits our own automation layer, which handles alert triage, routine requests and documentation. We describe exactly what it touches, and what it is not allowed near.

Straight answers

Where are you located, and does it matter?
We are remote-first and support clients across the United States. Our registered office is in Wilmington, Delaware. That is a corporate registration rather than an operations centre. For the vast majority of managed IT work, physical proximity has not mattered for years: monitoring, patching, security, migrations and support are all done remotely regardless of who your provider is. Where a job needs hands on hardware, we arrange and manage it locally.
Who would actually be working on our account?
The six people above are the whole company, so you are not being handed to a division you never meet. Beyond that, ask on the first call and we will introduce you to the specific engineer who would own your account, before you sign anything rather than after.
Are you SOC 2 audited?
We run our operations to SOC 2 practices and we help clients meet SOC 2, HIPAA and cyber-insurance requirements as part of the service. Ask us directly about our own current audit status and you will get a precise answer rather than a badge. The distinction between “aligned to” and “audited against” is one we are not going to blur.
What happens if we want to leave?
You get every credential, every piece of documentation and every configuration, in a usable form, on a normal timeline. We do not hold tenancy hostage, and we do not charge a release fee. Our view is simple: a client staying because leaving is painful is not a client relationship worth having.
Do you also buy MSPs?
Yes. If you own a managed services business and are thinking about the next chapter (an exit, a merger, or a partner so you are not carrying it alone), there is a page for that, and the first conversation is confidential and non-binding.
